Orchid’s Bulk / Jumbo Bag Unloading Systems — also called Bulk Bag Dischargers, FIBC Unloaders, or Big Bag Emptying Systems — are engineered for reliable, dust-free discharge of powders, granules, and bulk solids from jumbo bags (500–2000 kg). Built with heavy-duty frames, dust control units, bag massagers, vibrators, and hoist/trolley systems, these unloaders ensure smooth material flow, operator safety, and contamination-free transfer into downstream equipment such as pneumatic conveyors, screw feeders, and mixers.

How It Works

  1. Bag Loading – Jumbo/FIBC bag is lifted with hoist/forklift and placed on the discharger.
  2. Sealing & Dust Control – Inflatable neck seals lock the bag spout, preventing leakage.
  3. Material Discharge – Product flows via gravity, screw feeder, or pneumatic conveying.
  4. Flow Assistance – Massagers/vibrators prevent bridging and rat-holing.
  5. Continuous Transfer – Clean and controlled discharge into the next process step.
