How It Works

  • Material Loading: Bulk solids are loaded onto the moving belt at the feed point.
  • Belt Movement: A drive pulley moves the belt, while idler rollers support and guide it.
  • Troughing Action: Troughing idlers form the belt into a U-shape, preventing material spillage.
  • Long-Distance Conveying: Supported belt carries material over long horizontal or inclined paths.
  • Discharge: Material is discharged smoothly at the head pulley.
