How It Works

  • Material Loading: Product is fed onto the moving belt (manual, chute, or feeder).
  • Continuous Conveying: Motor-driven belt moves material smoothly across the conveyor path.
  • Inclined Transfer (Sidewall Cleated Belts): Cleats and corrugated sidewalls hold material securely on steep inclines.
  • Material Discharge: Product is discharged at the end point or fed into downstream equipment.
