Also known as Auger Conveyors, these systems use a helical screw blade inside a trough or pipe to move materials continuously. Available in U-Trough and Pipe (Tubular) designs, these conveyors are versatile for multiple industries including food, pharma, chemicals, plastics, minerals, and agriculture.

Types of Screw Conveyors

  • U-Trough Screw Conveyor: Open or covered U-shaped trough, best for free-flowing and non-abrasive materials, easy to clean, suitable for short to medium conveying distances.
  • Pipe (Tubular) Screw Conveyor: Fully enclosed pipe housing with a rotating screw, ideal for powders, fine granules, and dusty materials, prevents spillage and contamination, can be used for inclined or vertical conveying.

Mobility Option

  • Mobile / Trolley-Mounted Screw Conveyor: Portable frame with wheels for easy movement across process areas. Ideal for multi-point feeding, temporary setups, and quick relocation inside the plant. Ensures operational flexibility, space efficiency, and ease of use.
