How It Works

  • Loading: Products are placed onto the rollers manually or via feeders.
  • Material Movement:
  • Gravity Roller Conveyors → materials move freely by gravity or manual push.
  • Powered Roller Conveyors → rollers driven by motors, belts, or chains for controlled conveying.
  • Discharge: Materials move smoothly to the end point or into downstream packaging/equipment.
